Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations & Community Manager, you will be responsible for the retention & activation strategy of our users on migme.

  • Manage special users & influencer groups on our platform to create a fun and engaging atmosphere.
  • Monitor current online trends to be point of discussions.
  • Listen to our users and know what makes them excited and curate the information to come up with great campaigns to keep our users engaged and the community lively.
  • Develop and implement effective activation mechanics to re-engage users that have left us.
  • Manage social media channels
  • Ability to run online forums
  • Chat room management
  • Understanding of different cultures and community behavior.
  • Communicate with users who may possess limited English proficiency.

Requirements 

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant fields
  • Social media savvy. Facebook, twitter, instagram, snapchat.
  • Creative Strategic and innovative thinking
  • Basic knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable and efficient in data analysis and the ability to transform data into opportunities
  • Able to design/create banners, memes, newsletters.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fun, outgoing, energetic and professional personality
  • Loves to chat online
  • Creative writing skills a plus
